About the book GADAMER
S druge strane dijalog, prema Gadameru, odgovara na ono temeljno životno raspoloženje - temeljno te stoga ponorno - koje je tjeskoba. Tjeran na bijeg iz vlastite skučenosti prema prostranosti koja je uvijek strana - kao što je vidio Schelling - "ja" se udaljava od sebe. U tom centrifiguralnom kretanju "ja" udara o granicu drugog, granicu od "ti", te gubi vlastito središte.

Ponovno uspostaviti ovdje također znači brinuti. Jer brinuti za sebe znači ne biti povučen u sama sebe, već voditi brigu o drugom. I obrnuto, skrbiti se može - kao što Gadamer više puta ističe - preko riječi dijaloga.
