Inkluzija u našoj zemlji i dalje izaziva brojne i oprečne reakcije i bilo bi pogrešno zanemariti neke veoma konstruktivne sugestije i predloge koji će pomoći da ovakav rad istinski zaživi u školama Srbije. Ponekad se pomisli da je ključ uspešne implementacije inkluzije u velikim novčanim ulaganjima, ali autor ove knjige naglašava da je to samo jedan elemenat i da postoji onaj koji je važniji od svega, a to je pristup, odnosno promena odnosa prema ovom složenom procesu razvoja ličnosti deteta sa smetnjama u razvoju.
Takođe, autor ukazuje da sitne promene i edukacija na uspešnim primerima iz prakse mogu da dovedu do velikih kvalitetnih pomaka koja će deca odmah prepoznati, a ne zahtevaju pojačano trošenje energije, niti odvraćanje nastavnika od dece koja nemaju poteškoća. Većina priručnika i radova na ovu temu izaziva strah i odbojnost, ali ova knjiga ima za cilj da pomogne, razume i vodi.
