Silvano Šavle priredio je četvrtu knjigu u zajedničkoj Informatčkoj biblioteci Arbor informatike, Centra tehničke kulture Rijeka i Adamića (nakon Worda, Excela i Milenijuma). U ovoj najnovijoj knjizi-priruičniku Šavle korisnika postupno uvodi u svijet Interneta - od uspostavljanja veze, preko namještanja e-maila, te rada s elektroničkom poštom i niza korisnih savjeta do toga kako najbrže i najracionalnije surfati Internetom, kako namjestiti opcije (Outlook Express), pa sve do toga što je sve moguće učiniti s adresarom, kako pretražiti web stranice i voditi razgovore putem Interneta.
Posebno je vrijedan najosnovniji Rječnik pojmova ali i popis najčešće korištenih kratica u ovom poslu koji i korisnicima s minimalnim (ili nikakvim) znanjem engleskog jezika omogućuje lakše snalaženje u svijetu Interneta.
