About the book KAKO RADI PSIHODRAMA
Tekst koji je pred nama govori nam da su sva podcjenjivanja, negiranja, nepoštovanja i diskvalifikacije psihodramske terapijske metode nepravedni i ukazuju na nepoznavanje metode. U uvodu knjige autor nam nudi opću definiciju psihodrame kao „psihoterapijske metode koja kao osnovno sredstvo terapijskog postupka upotrebljava scenske tehnike, odnosno dramsku igru“. Preko psihodramskih tehnika, kao što su igranje i zamjena uloga, princip zrcaljenja, dvojnik, projekcija budućnosti i solilokvij (unutarnji govor), prema iskustvima autora kao dugogodišnjeg psihodramskog terapeuta, kod pacijenata dolazi do značajnih promjena na području reduciranja i / ili prestanka simptoma, rasta i razvoja ličnosti, širenja kapaciteta ličnosti (opuštenost, veća kreativnost i razvoj autentičnosti) i kvalitete pacijentova života.
