MARINA MILADINOV is lecturer of Church history and related subjects at the Theological Faculty "Matthias Flacius Illyricus" in Zagreb. Her main areas of scholarly interest include hagiography and sainthood in the Middle Ages and the Reformation, but her former publications also include four bilingual Latin-Croatian editions of medieval authors. Her present research focuses on the polemics around the veneration of saints in Reformation authors such as Matthias Flacius Illyricus and Peter Paul Vergerius the Younger. She is a founding member and the current president of the Croatian Hagiographic Society "Hagiotheca" and a member of several editorial boards.
