„Old questions, New Answers:Quality criteria for museum education” zbornik godišnje konferencije ICOM CECA 2011 održane od 16. -21. rujan 2011. godine u Zagrebu u muzeju Mimara donosi 40 izlaganja koja analiziraju i opisuju kako se sve može doprinijeti poboljšanju kvalitete u području obrazovanja za muzejsku edukaciju, odnosno radu muzejskih profesionalaca u cjelini, u radu sa posjetiteljima različitih skupina, razvijanju suradnje muzeja i lokalnih zajednica kao i između različitih muzeja. Zbornik je tiskan na engleskom jeziku sa sažecima na francuskom i španjolskom.
