About the book BRAZILSKI KUHAR
Autor je nakon dugogodišnjeg rada u restoranima i hostelima u Londonu, Sidneyu i Barcelonu napisao kuharicu. Kuha svakodnevno, a njegovo je najdraže jelo piletina sa šarogama, ili Galinha com Aspargos e Batata Palha.
Priredio sam recepte sa sastojcima koji se uglavnom svi mogu nabaviti u Hrvatskoj. Karakteristično je da se u mnogo brazilskih jela stavlja kokosovo mlijeko, što je i sastojak više recepata u ovoj knjizi. Ali uvjerio sam se da se ta namirnica ovdje može kupiti, ali i neke druge poput brašna od manioce, pa sam uvrstio više takvih recepata.
Pripremite na brazilski način uz hrvatske namirnice:
- juha i variva, jela od piletine, jela od svinjetine, jela od janjetine, miješano meso, roštilj, jela od govedine, jela od ribe, različite grickalice i predjela, te deserte i pića.
